Once she starts a project or task with you, you will be given exclusive log in credentials to project management platforms where you will see progress of your project or task. While in it, you may also give additional instructions or even just comment about the work progress. Alternatively, you can also manage the project via email and file sharing. You will also have regular meetings via Skype and Google Hangouts as you require and or as needed.
How are the number of hours spent on a project or task being tracked?
Your Business Ally uses time tracking applications to track work hours accurately. You will be provided with a diary of her work every Wednesday. This comes together with your invoice.
Does Your Business Ally work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week?
Your Business Ally provides business assistance 7 days a week and up to an average of 8 hours a day. She works in different time zones on a daily basis. However, she likes to maintain a flexible schedule for herself as well (the main reason why she works virtually), thus, she often spreads her work hours over one day (24 hours). She is therefore not able to commit to a 9:00 to 5:00 type of work schedule on a regular basis. That being said she works overtime when necessary and she always beats deadlines. She maintains an open communication with clients so schedules are in synced with each other's.
How quickly can Your Business Ally complete a project?
Timeline for project completion varies depending on the type of project and your requirement. Your Business Ally provides an estimate of the number of work hours needed to complete a certain project before getting started.
Will I be dealing with one and same Business Assistant?
Yes. You will deal only with Queenie Verhoeven. She is Your Business Ally. Queenie has her own team of virtual business assistants though that helps her run and grow her own business, Your Business Ally.
